Lewis and Clark is a learning community focused on building citizen learners. Our citizenship matrix supports a culture of tolerance, respect, safety, responsibility, and honesty. As a send-off to our 5th grade students, who have spent the last 6 years developing themselves into incredible citizens, we would like to conclude our year with a book study on Wonder. As a graduation gift, our 5th grade team would like to personalize a message to each student in the front cover of the book and send the book home with them as a reminder of their time at Lewis and Clark. The book Wonder reminds us that tolerance and respect are important qualities in all of our learners. Being unique is important, and we hope our 5th graders will remember how much they are cared for as unique individuals when they move beyond our walls. Thank you for your support!
